What to know.
Bill and Michele Hollister bought this Helena winery, in the Sandusky area, in 2022, and they pour, explain the wines and remember regulars by name. It was founded in 2010 as Chateau Tebeau, and all wine is made on site, with 3.5 acres of vines on a 36-acre farm and estate Traminette on the list. Wines run dry to sweet. A small kitchen turns out flatbreads, paninis and boards, and the grounds have a koi pond, a vineyard walk and live music most weekends.
