Rich and Sonja Parron opened Hickory Vines in November 2023 on a 30 acre estate in Mifflin Township near Mansfield, just off I-71. Young vineyards, an apple and pear orchard, a catch and release fishing pond and a campground share the grounds. The wines lean sweet and fruity, led by Sonja's Sangria. A different food truck parks each open night, and outside food is welcome. The owners greet tables themselves, and patio and Adirondack seating spread out around the pond.
