Named for a scruffy family rabbit, Ugly Bunny sits on State Route 39 outside Loudonville, near Mohican in the Amish Country region. Owner and winemaker Chad Marsh, a former soybean geneticist, opened it in 2017 on a six-acre estate vineyard. Wines run from dry to sweet, made from his own grapes and other Ohio grapes, and there is house beer too. The kitchen makes pizzas and sandwiches, and the rustic tasting room opens onto a wraparound deck with live music on Friday and Saturday nights.
