Meet the city at the water
Edgewater Park occupies 147 acres at the western end of Cleveland Metroparks’ Lakefront Reservation. Its 9,000 feet of shoreline include beaches, a fishing pier, and places to picnic. That variety gives you room to choose the kind of visit you want without turning the afternoon into a packed itinerary.
Plan for the pause
Bring the things that make a slower outing comfortable: a layer for changing weather, water, and time you have not already promised elsewhere. Find a place to take in the lake before deciding what comes next. A visit can be as much about looking and listening as moving.
