Rocky River Reservation follows the river from Berea almost to Lake Erie. Shale cliffs rise above forests, meadows, and wetlands, with trails passing through the changing landscape. Let those changes shape what you notice rather than measuring the visit only by distance.

At Rocky River Nature Center, the deck overlooks the river and a shale cliff that records roughly 360 million years of geological history.
